Typically the simplest system within a facility to properly maintain, a closed hot/chilled water system recirculates water for heating and/or cooling purposes. Without leaks and/or loss of water there is no makeup or evaporation to the system; hence, the need for ongoing water treatment is minimal after the initial cleaning and addition of a properly selected product.
Bond offers various products to inhibit corrosion and biological fouling of closed systems, depending on the metallurgy and process purpose of the system. A blend of polymeric dispersants coupled with nitrite/borate, molybdenum, alkalinity builders, and all organic blended products are available to provide superior protection.
